Coach Jon Campista is the founder and lead instructor at PowerHouse Athletics, bringing over 16 years of experience coaching and developing baseball and softball players at every level of the game.
Coach Jon has trained athletes ranging from true beginners to college-level players, with a strong focus on building proper mechanics, confidence, and long-term development. His training philosophy emphasizes efficient movement, repeatable mechanics, and game-ready fundamentals that translate directly to performance on the field.
In addition to his work at PowerHouse Athletics, Coach Jon serves as the Lead Softball Instructor for the Changeup Circle and is also a certified instructor for the baseball version. Through this role, he works closely with coaches and athletes nationwide, helping teach proper throwing mechanics, spin efficiency, and arm health.
Coach Jon has collaborated with baseball and softball coaches across the country, hosting camps, clinics, and live demonstrations throughout the United States. His ability to break down complex movements into simple, teachable concepts has made him a trusted resource for players, parents, and coaches alike.

Coach Allie Bond is a softball pitching instructor at PowerHouse Athletics, specializing in pitcher development from beginners through high school athletes. She brings both playing and coaching experience to every lesson, with a strong focus on efficient mechanics and measurable improvement.
Coach Allie is a pitcher at Bishop State Community College and a graduate of Picayune High School, where she developed a strong foundation in competitive softball and pitching fundamentals. Her experience as an active collegiate athlete allows her to teach skills that translate directly to game performance.
She is especially effective at helping pitchers increase velocity, improve arm efficiency, and develop confidence in the circle. Coach Allie excels at teaching breaking pitches, breaking down complex movements into simple, repeatable mechanics that pitchers can execute consistently.
Coach Allie is known for her ability to connect with players, create a positive learning environment, and help athletes understand not just how to throw pitches, but why they work. Her goal is to help every pitcher build strong mechanics, mental toughness, and confidence that carries into competition.
